How does the AquaTru purification technology work?
AquaTru uses a patented 4-stage Ultra-Reverse Osmosis technology. It removes over 80 harmful contaminants, including lead, arsenic, fluoride, and chlorine, providing bottled-quality water directly from your tap without professional installation.
How often do I need to replace the filters?
Filter life varies by usage and water quality. Generally, the Pre/Carbon filter and VOC filter last about 6 months to 1 year, while the Reverse Osmosis membrane lasts for 2 years or 1,200 gallons.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is the 'Clean Water Guarantee' return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your AquaTru system, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling fees.
Does the AquaTru system require a plumber for setup?
No. AquaTru is designed as a countertop, plug-and-play appliance. There is no plumbing or installation required; you simply plug it into a standard power outlet and fill the tap water tank.
