Pack Your System
Carefully pack the AquaTru unit and all its components in the original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
